A Christmas Greeting From the Pastor

Dear Members and Friends of Saint John’s Lutheran Church,

A very Blessed and Merry Christmas to each and every one of you! Thank you for a great (but… interesting to say the least) year of ministry in this place and in this community! You are an amazing group of people, and it is my honor and my pleasure to be your pastor and to be able to do ministry and mission, the work of The Lord, with you.

I pray that God’s Grace, Presence, and Pease be a part of your lives and celebrations during these “Holy-Days” (Holidays)! I pray that the Presence of Christ, Emmanuel - “God With Us” - be a part of each of your days in the New Year to come.

May the blessings of these “Holy-Days” be yours and may the Peace of The LORD be with you always.

Most Sincerely, Pastor Jon Beake

P.S. In lieu of sending a Christmas card to each member of the congregation this year, I will take the monies that I would have spent on cards and postage and give it to the Luther Heights Bible Camp, Ketchum, Idaho. Please allow the above greeting to be my wishes to you and your “Holy-Days!” Blessings and Peace.
